    A: Yes, we can be reached 24/7.
  • Q: Can you put the money directly into my account?

    A: Yes, Owners can be paid using direct deposit.
  • Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    A: All leases will be approved by you prior to residents signing. We would sign the lease on your behalf as the licensed Property Manager.
  • Q: Do you sell real estate too?

    A: Yes, we can market and sell real estate as well. Please contact us for more information.
  • Q: How and when do I get my checks?

    A: We like to get owners set up with direct deposit so that we can quickly deposit the funds directly into your account.
  • Q: How is rent collection handled?

    A: We collect rent electronically.
  • Q: How long of a lease do you sign?

    A: We typically sign 12 Month leases, but it depends on the situation. We can accomodate the length of leases as necessary.
  • Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    A: Generally we charge 1 months rent for a security deposit.
  • Q: How soon can you start managing my property?

    A: After our initial consultation call, we can begin right away.
  • Q: What type of properties do you manage?

    A: We manage all properties (single family homes, commercial units, etc.)
  • Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?

    A: We provide Owners Statements monthly. There is also an online portal for you to view your statements at anytime.
  • Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    A: As the Property Manager, we hold the security deposit on your behalf in an escrow account.
